All returns, or exchanges must be approved
by Total Security before any products are returned.

RETURN POLICY: All products are special
ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject
to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product
line, exchanges will only be accepted for products
damaged upon shipment to the customer or if they are
defective. All
returns must be authorized by Total Security before product(s)
is returned. IF Total Security SENDS OUT A NEW UNIT
(PRODUCTS) IN ORDER TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE OR
DAMAGED PRODUCT(S), CUSTOMER AGREES TO SEND BACK THE
DEFECTIVE UNIT(S) TO OUR STORE IN THE ORIGINAL BOXED
CONDITION. IF THEY FAIL TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT(S)
BACK WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, Total Security HAS THE
RIGHT TO CHARGE/BILL THEIR CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL
AMOUNT PLUS SHIPPING COSTS. IT IS THE
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND BACK DEFECTIVE
PRODUCTS AND SHOW PROOF OF RETURNED PRODUCTS BY
RECEIPT IN ORDER TO NOT BE CHARGED.
*Special exceptions may be made on a case by case
basis determined by Total Security for wrongful orders
and mistakes. In this event,
returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs
and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned
within a five (5) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for
products returned without explicit permission from
Total Security.
Any
return must be authorized by a representative of
Total Security and under no circumstances will returns be
accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping
instructions must be obtained from Total Security No
returns will be authorized after five (5) business
days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.

defects in workmanship and material for 6 months
(unless manufacturer's warranty is longer; please
call) after sale to the customer. We will replace
or repair the product(s) at our option providing
there is no evidence of customer misuse, or
alteration.

responsibility of the Buyer (not the distributor),
to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state
and federal laws in regard to possession and use of
any items listed on this web site. Consult an

placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she
is of legal age and that the products will be used
